Re: Integrity and Fair Play
Can Kynesie still come as a spectator?

Re: Integrity and Fair Play
Honestly they should just be thankful they aren't permanently banned. I'd put this on a similar level to match fixing, which dota 2, sc2, and csgo have all permanently banned players for.

If that was their goal it still makes no sense. Why would kynesie risk his guaranteed free vacation for the possbility he could fix a match?

I thought this was just a chat joke.

Maybe Kynesie likes the chance of a vacation with Tit more than the chance on a guaranteed vacation possibly without Tit.

Re: Integrity and Fair Play
Finally good decision / discovery ,the last game on Florida was very suspicious ,like tit has never played ports before and throws such a good performance ,seeing the Bo etc ,unit control wow just like kynesie at that moment I knew they cheated.

nah, its a great day. finally some actual measures are taken vs ppl who try to do everything to destroy the fun of other people, as well as the hard work of others. this should've been done way earlier, and tit and kynesie are not the only ones.
Just too bad kynesie's spot didn't get played for again in a play off between soldier, tabben and wicked.
Re: Integrity and Fair Play
It's sad because we don't know how many high-level players are actually cheating and getting away with it.
Re: Integrity and Fair Play
Very few, if any, I would say. Especially in tournaments.
I think cheating is more apparent to observers and other players than your post implies.

Somewhere between a very small amount and none.
Re: Integrity and Fair Play
What i feel most sad about is THIS tournament was giving exposure of aoe3 to outside world as well. I know for the fact their were many non aoe3 and even non aoe player watching this stream. This really has an major impact on reputation of aoe3.

yea, for example when you relog, your civ doesn't actually default to your first homecity, that only happens when you play on a new pc or after switching accounts. otherwise the game remembers your last HC played, and just selects that. So that should've been the first clue.
Re: Integrity and Fair Play
Also if kynesie had changed his default civ to whatever it was of tits before. Would they have gotten away with it?

Maybe ,but the recorded game shows everything there is a clear difference the way screen moves in the last game compared to others.

no @Shikari if you review the recs it's obvious just from that too

Does every rec gets reviewed though? If not, then if he had same hc when re logging in. Kaiser wouldn't have pointed that out, chat wouldn't have gone bat shit crazy and i think proper measures to check wouldn't have taken place. If every game recs are checked to see whether someone cheat or not then its a different story.
