Since new jans are cheaper and weaker, i suggest to change the cost of church improvement tufanci croops or increase the amount of troops it grants.

A strat was posted in the strategy thread using it a few days ago. But yes it still sucks and is generally not worth wasting a shipment, if I am going to age 3 its not going to be for 15 jans even on RE. There just is not a good answer to what to do and most still look down on ottos so I wouldn't hold my breath on that being buffed.
