You know, you don't need grens to all in. I mean, in the case of Spain lot of normal rushes just win even vs standard FF if the defense isn't perfect. VS ATP is just auto win.
As for colo ATP it's a bit better than no ATP play but it's not like you suddendly have all your civ's problem fixed just because of ATP.

The only fact that TP has attack make the steal way harder than it should, and with gain XP, he just definitively send army ships, and still have better eco/army than you

In any case, the reason why Port ATP is a bit over the top is the same as usual, 85f is just too good of a boost.
