Well, i have made some points in my previous post:
-2SW is a bigger nerf than 2SW+1vill (one less vill wouldn't really change much). On top of that the latter is also inconsistent, design wise.
-It nerfs the typical 3SW 700c Semi-FF more than other strategies where you send 700w first.
-Frees up one card spot in colonial.
-I guess Ger can send it 3+ times, if needed.
As far as i can tell this change would be beneficial. Not sure about what everyone else thinks. On one side you have a few players crying about Ger being OP, on the other you have other players crying about every change that is made to Ger.
Honestly, this civ is just a nightmare.
