Ottoman HC Card Mosque Construction bugged on EP

Hey Guys,

The card mosque construction is bugged on EP and actually makes all mosque techs more expensive, simply because it works (in vanilla) by setting their cost to a flat value which is one third cheaper than the normal one instead of actually decreasing it by a third. Since EP made them cheaper by default, the card sets their cost to a higher one. Would be nice if that was fixed next update.
