Buffing Crossbows

Yes. The time has come. No more crossbow abuse by musketeers, hussars and everybody else.
These poor boys have been underpowered for way too long. I think we can all agree that seeing some more colonial play from France, Germany, Portuguese or Spanish would not bore us to death. Or at least we can try promoting this playstyle, or rather making it at least somewhat viable, since i am not sure that a crossbow buff would be enough for these civs to become competitive in prolonged colonial games.
The ideas are always the same:
-17 atk
-1.5 multiplier vs HI
-35f 35w cost
-30% ranged resist

If xbows are given x1.5 by default then lb deserves the same and yeoman card buff, maybe 10/15 %hp
