Maybe needing the bounty from the TPS is better, I feel 250 wood TPS changes the meta too much.

Still, these things have to be done carefully, and with community support (player support, in particular).

At this point trying to balance TP's sound like should we remove hunts or not. It's integral part of the game, like said no TP maps bring no variety.

Regarding Deccan, it is true that a multitude of civs is viable/considered strong on that map. Otto can take lot of TPs and do any sort of strat (usually FI or revo). Iro/Ger/Fre do usual semi FF better or just FI. Brits/Japan/Dutch get jump start for their boom and can also think of going industrial. China can FI.

In any case Deccan needs a revision. It was along with New England the most rehosted map. You are the best person to have a say on the future of those two.
