I want warships to have fixed rate of fire. This would make playing water more appealing to as it suddenly wouldn't be so random who wins the 2 vel vs 2 vel fight. The added appeal would encourage more interesting maps and more interesting gameplay in general as currently the whole water aspect (probably like 1/3...1/4 of what the game has to offer) is pretty much unused in high level games. Please comment:
1) Your opinion on the warship fixed rate of fire implications on gameplay
2) If this is even technically feasible
