Hi @Aizamk. Unfortunately my computer is dead and will not turn on. It will be a little over a week before I get a replacement for the part that I hope is causing the issue.

I am currently trying to get AoE3 working on my old laptop, but with little success so far.

So most likely the earliest I can play will be on the weekend; possibly I may not be able to play at all. I will keep you updated.

Hello @Mitoe . That is a shame - and it had to happen on your birthday too... ok, I can play Saturday 15.30GMT + . Sunday same time also works if necessary, although it’s not ideal for smackdown.

If you can make weekdays (i.e. next week) at that time then that works too - latest start time probably 16:30 gmt

Thankfully I have nearly got it working. I can launch EP and play in singleplayer, at least, need a bit more work to get online apparently.

Let's say Saturday for now? How does 18GMT sound? Hopefully that's not too late for you, otherwise I can try a bit earlier.

Although turns out that even though I got the game working it crashes after a few minutes of playing and has no sound—so I still need to come up with a way to actually play haha.

I think it would be a better idea to delay this until Mitoe's PC is 100% fixed. It wouldn't be wise to advertise a quarter-finals match that has a 60% chance of actually being played.

You'd be delaying the match for a very long time, unfortunately. I ordered a new PSU but I'm not entirely sure that's the issue. Even with Amazon Prime it will arrive roughly at the end of next week. If it's not the issue I may have to order another part or something.

It could honestly be a month or more before my computer is working again.

I think there's a high likelihood of me being able to play on Saturday, either by figuring out something on my laptop or using a friend's computer on the day. I will be somewhat out of practice but I should be able to play.

Update: Was able to borrow a friend's old laptop for the next week or two. Setup everything and seems to run fine. I should be able to play on Saturday for sure.
