It's gonna run, but very poorly. I'd suggest you look for an upgrade if you want any chance of streaming.

Relax guys. Look if you have a shitty computer you just won't benefit from the enhanced graphics. It will probably force you to take a test and then force you to lower your graphics when playing multiplayer games. To reduce the lagg for yourself. If you have troubles running it just turn down the graphics. You will still benefit from a working multiplayer and new civs. No ftj will be huge. I mean if you can't run 4k that's not their fault.

Remember that Tilanus was part of the Age of Empires 2 de team. I am sure he was also involved with the Age of Empires 3 de team. So I'm expecting similiarities to the napoleonic era swedes and not wol swedes. Just look at the houses. Even the fusilier looks similar.
