It would be really strange to make another melee elephant unit for India similar to a mahout. I think its just art from a campaign or something.

for God's sake, you're in 2020, if you don't have a pc that runs at least, you're not a gamer, just an idiot .. gamers have goals, one of those goals is to have a pc that runs at least the game you love..

minimum configurations are just ridiculous ..
if you are a gamer and are spending on other things, you are an idiot.
now if u depend on your parents, i can't say anything

I am too old to play this game now. But I may buy this game on steam to support Microsoft and their efforts.

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS 8GB RAM .....WHAT

won't run on my pc as it has i52400 and 2GB Asus graphics (dont know the series) card and 4GB ram and is perfectly working.(I am not upgrading this)

I do have a laptop with i5 processor and 8GB ram with intel integrated graphics (kill me)
But I dont use laptop for games.

8GB RAM is cheap as hell, I bought 16GB of decent DDR4-RAM for a little more than 50 bucks...

I don't have access to GameStar Plus (hate to pay for written content xD)
But translating the bullet points that they made in the article:

Modernized Graphics
Overhauled physics system
Higher degree of camera zoom, in and out
Shooting through walls - yes or no?
Improved AI, higher difficulty
Homecities: Everything unlocked from the getgo
Two new civilizations: Incas and Swedes
More authentic representation of the Sioux and Iroquois civilizations
Historical Battles instead of new campaigns

The most important change seems to be the potential inability for ranged units to shoot through walls, good luck kynesie. I bet he wishes to stay banned forever with this potential change :santa:

For a community with an average higher age than most, and therefore like much more disposable incomes than most I'm very surprised by how many people are running absolute bricks in this thread.

I've heard very scary shit about this part. Let's hope they don't actually ruin these 2 civs for dumb historical considerations

In WOL Swedes can get a sawmill and can use ability to make trees into cords of wood ,I'm interested to see if it will be closer to WOL or be unique.

It would be interesting if they made the Sioux more nomadic without being obnoxious and unbalanced.

well using EP as baseline for balance is nonsense now, if you get two civs in on top of that and they change civ mechanics

we'll end up with a different game but that is fine, as long as we get a larger playerbase and retain it

I just hope DE is not going to implement all of the EP changes. Right now it is a big clusterfuck.
