Defo going to get DE, waited too long to not try it. Doubt I’ll go back to the complete collection, cos having a game that gets regular updates and attention from Microsoft will be nice, and will no doubt sort out any teething problems. Got AOE2 DE and the updates and stuff just make it feel like a nicer game - things like the opening home page changing with the seasons and stuff. Just small things add up.

Doubt there’ll be the perfect balance that ESOC seems to crave, the devs for the AOE games seem to be more keen on just letting us work out ways around the OP units. But I’m sure it’ll be good.
