I just think it is to get a reaction. I don't reckon they would truly expose any information regarding the game.

We don't know yet, but I expect it will be similar to AoE2DE. I believe that game works with Elo, starting at 1000. I hope they keep the PR ranks in the game. They can assign the ranks to a certain percentage of the players, kinda like how Starcraft determines its ranks, so the top 0.5% of players is Field Marshal, bottom 10% conscript, something like that.
