Rec Analysis
Hi, I briefly mentioned this on my stream that I'd do some rec analysis live on my stream of a player around major-ish level (high captain - col is also fine). The reason I chose this pr range is because if its any lower the mistakes would be obvious to the vast majority of the community and pointing out common mistakes has been done before.
I would like to go abit more detailed, for example something like this video
as veni did something similar to me and he went through some of the games of my past broadcast with me. Ideally it would be a rec of a somewhat standard civilisation. Civs like aztec, india jap are kind of doing the proper reaction to your opponent and the strats vs said civs tend to vary alot. Also hopefully the rec isnt a too onesided game, if you want more insight theres no point posting a game you just outright win, im not interested in ego recs.
If youre interested please let me know your pr/de elo, the civ you want me to look over, the length of the rec and ideally the skill level of the opponent (the name of them would normally be fine as people tend to know each other) in this thread below.
There will be no randomness about my picking, I will try to pick a player/mu/civ/skill level , that will be the most interesting and that way people can benefit from it when i go through it live on stream. Would be nice to have said person in the discord aswell to get what their thought process was during the game.
Thanks.

Re: Rec Analysis
What does PR mean? didn't see it in the game!
Re: Rec Analysis
the paradox is that you only accept the DE rec, but you talk about rank who only exist in the RE hehe, anyway the idea is really cool and helpfull

Re: Rec Analysis
Lets get the ball rolling, what felt to be a really standard game.
Plenty of sloppy play. macro slipped later on as the game closed out. But i think its a fair 'average' level of gameplay for me but certainly not well played from my end. Opponent around the 1350 ELO mark, 1660 in team. So slightly lower than me 1400ELO
Mindset: doing my standard 700w 600w pike defense vs scouted stable, wanted to play defensively in age 3 and let french come to me.
General questions would be tips on how to raid in this situation as that would have been massive i feel, do i also pressure the TP.
EDIT: Oppenents point of view liamlpk, happy to receive tips his side aswell [starts at 18mins]

@Hazza54321 Is it ok if I post just a Twitch highlight here and don't have a rec? I realized some of my rec games were overwritten yesterday

Re: Rec Analysis
So, I got three games from my las stream in this post. I don't expect to analyse all of them since it's almost 2 hours of video but I'll post them here anyways because they help me telling the story of how I've been adapting to cannon plays.
Why did I choose these games you may ask?
Well, since I came back to the game I've been seeing a lot more of FI and turtle strategies involving a lot of cannons and I've been having a lot of trouble dealing with these cannon comps/transitioning from the skirm goon meta to the super lategame one. Also all of these 3 games happened in one day and shows some of the improvement in my gameplay against these styles.
Game 1: [Brit vs Ports] Basically a treaty game on supremacy. (this is probably the most important game to analyse but it's 50min long, so idk)
https://www.twitch.tv/videos/816764030
Game 2: [Brit vs Dutch] Opponent went for Ruyter falc FF vs my hussar semi FF (I got 100% outplayed in this game it wasn't even fun )
https://www.twitch.tv/videos/816769668
Game 3: [Brit vs Dutch] I went for a Huss semi FI vs his Huss semi FF (same opponent as last time but I tried something different this time that ended up working even if I think it shouldn't have)

Re: Rec Analysis
ill just skim it and see if its good to analyse. Alot of people dont know how to play lategmae and use cannons and i feel like im good in this area so it makes sense.

The game I played with Lecastete is the first one in this broadcast, Iro vs. Ger. Also got the rec here if you want to check that out. Would you like to take a look? I myself am around major level.
