Get slinged so that you can age earlier and hold with pikes + mm + skirms.

But that's OK if you scout the sling in the first 20 seconds. Don't feel like It should be the case of checking slinging potential every single 2v2 on the ladder[Armag] diarouga wrote:Get slinged so that you can age earlier and hold with pikes + mm + skirms.

Idk i played a couple of game vs this kind of all in strat and it's not that hard to hold. One of you get rect but you can rebuild your stuff and one of your opponent are stuck in age 1 (as he feed his mate), so its become a sort of 1v1 during a couple of min and most of the time your mate have a better eco than the rusher so you are fine (in games i played we won each time vs those kind of build).

aoe3 is gimmicky, getting caught by gimmicks is aoe3.
this is when we "run it back." what follows is a very satisfying "gg ez."

You should sling by default.I_HaRRiiSoN_I wrote:But that's OK if you scout the sling in the first 20 seconds. Alternatively upon being caught out, you could cancel age and sling your ally. They are a pretty powerful tool and I think the general lack of focus on team games means they just get ignored. Game in all forms is pretty imbalanced, some of that is by design and preference.[Armag] diarouga wrote: You should sling by default.

Dev should nerf Jerry
On topic: I hope there is some mechanic that disable trade between player until 5 minute of the game, kinda like in SC2

Re: Otto Sioux Sling Rush
Yeah I suppose the strat is to sling all resources to the player that's not being attacked. Then it becomes a 1v1 with your side having a larger economy. Though that might be offset by the fact that the enemy slinger is otto and has been training vills all the time. Not to mention that this is extremely boring for everyone involved.
