If the local armies were actually sensible the countries could never have been colonised. Of course this is not as simple but point is Asia civs having stronger units make sense.

Classic example for Americans. Introducing a civ that does not make any sense in the game setup and that no one else wants to see just to get their special treatment.fightinfrenchman wrote:Suck shit bitchprinceofcarthage wrote:USA being in game makes no sense

People so anal about history in a game that lacks any form of realism should go play a different game like eu4. Or you know, read a history book.

hmm....then you would definitely be surprised to know that Mount Everest is in Nepal, and that Lord Buddha was born here, too!!duckzilla wrote:Gurkhas being Nepalese is maybe the only thing that I know about Nepal

I supposed the thing about Mount Everest, but Buddha being from Nepal is definitely new and very nice.piro_wololo wrote:hmm....then you would definitely be surprised to know that Mount Everest is in Nepal, and that Lord Buddha was born here, too!!duckzilla wrote:Gurkhas being Nepalese is maybe the only thing that I know about Nepal

Re: USA speculation thread
The problem with the US gatling guns is that they are actually a guard unit trainable in the fortess age as they have the same stats as the US revolt or most revolts for that matter. This was never changed and hopefully is changed for day 1 patch

Re: USA speculation thread
Well gatlings are just slightly inferior organ guns that cost 50g less. They're maybe a tiny bit too strong (and especially the shipment of 3 of them) but it's not like they're guard units in fortress

Got the download, still no ability to purchase USA on the steam store page and no patch notes. Is it that hard to ask for a concrete time for this sort of stuff

Twice wrong. It's the most reasonable choice, since the civ is already present in several campaigns, and its absence in multiplayer has always been baffling. I for one have wanted to see USA playable in skirmish since 2006, and I am certainly not alone in this.duckzilla wrote:Classic example for Americans. It takes a variable amount of time for everything to be pushed live. Imagine if it was said to be live at 17:30 and goes live 20minutes late, everyone would riot that stupid devs cant even keep a scheduleTheNameDaniel wrote:Got the download, still no ability to purchase USA on the steam store page and no patch notes.
