Chat system broken?

I think the in game chat is kinda broken. I think messages sometimes show up but not always. I watched a rec vs aiz and in the rec it showed him typing a message I don't recall ever seeing in game. Also I think I heard kaiser say something similar happened in his series vs knus? Has anyone else seen this issue?

A rec will often display messages from the post-game of the previous game played (before the rec) at its beginning.

Yesterday one message i wrote didnt appear to me but my partners ig saw it. In the same time when i ping on map, i couldnt see my ping. It was before the crash yesterday evening.
Later, i had a home city crash ig (while going to homecity to pick a card, the game freeze and close ...)
