how to report a cheater?

Hi can someone explain to me how report a cheater? i know lot's of people rage about cheat when they loose. i lost but i saw that the cheater was on my team in ffa.
His name is/was nodka, he spawned cannon then mameluk then trees .. really boring to ruin game like that.

yeah lost cause i gave up when i saw the cheat ... there was still two other teams fr-dutch and fr-russia

"Nodka" spawned trees and it wasn't on torps . We were playing on Siberia (or other winter map i don't remember well) but he made appear trees on his side that we find on amazonia map or something like that..
By the way i replayed earlier with a guy who was on another team in this ffa.. he told me that finally they loose cause he made appears the tommynator.
Before u asked, cheat code were not allowed when i hosted.
