Decent, very map-dependent. I feel like they've got more potential with the Sublime Porte card. We saw glimpses of great strategies in the previous tournaments, but they were all overshadowed by the more broken civilizations. Of course, otto still struggles with the stereotype of being the easiest civ and, historically, the strongest civ to play. But on 3+ tp maps, they are one of the strongest civilizations.

kinda just dogshit, poor eco, nerfed units and no mobility at all

I tried to coach you playing Otto when you began streaming before Africa DLC and you were just hot garbage couldn’t even macro with free vills your apm was worse than @gibson’s and then you told me what I suggested must be bad even though you were like 1200 Elo — you’re a lost cause and this post is you preemptively coping for when hausa gets nerfed

Dromedary Scone Mix is not Alone Mix
Re: So guys, what you think of otto?
Personally I think they are alright. Not OP, nor really UP. They have a good variety of build orders to choose from, but are definitely limited by their unit composition and its lack of mobility. They are limited in how easily they can adapt to some situations, and how tactical they can be with their army as a result of the compositional limitations.
They do have a lot of really strong timings, where you have to play really confidently with your units and not give your opponent any time. They also have some of the kiting micro potential in the game if they go for abus comps.
It's challenging to think of ways to continue improving the civ without making them overpowered, IMO.

I'm supersalty when I lose to Nizam Fusilier. Broken unit given to underwhelming civ in order to keep them balanced.

I feel like I cant do anything on no TP land maps and massing Abus is impossible before getting crushed on those maps. Also getting run around sucks @Kaiserklein.
Also there's a lot of problems vs light cav. Rifle riders just destroy me

No tp maps should not exist.
