They're an african unit so considering africa being such a power house back in the day they're pretty strong. Also both resists because just giving more hp instead is too basic

Its a bit much considering its 200 more then guard hussar and thats only the range armour, could use a nerf, its more like a spahi right now.

The nerf in the preview reduces this to 50% armour so its more inline with a guard hussar

U just have to buy time, they decay in hp. Problem is buying time since it’s cav and has 60 seige lol.

They're just very bad tuned, especially since there is an age4 card that delivers 16(?) of them. That shipment alone cleans up a whole army no matter of which type (even goons because of 7.8 speed).
Ironically the drawback of the unit which is losing HP over time is completely bypassed by just healing them with griots or abuns (not to mention they gain in ROF so it's not even a full weakness to start with).
All in all it is probably the strongest unit in the game, having high stats in pretty much every regard.

DE devs seem to be extremely bad at, or rather care nothing about, balance. How hard is it to do some simple math and draw the obvious conclusion that the stats of unit X are not right?

Also, I made some of these from the nat post and they “only” had 40% resist. Are the units from the shipment bugged or do the age 2 have 40 age 3 50 and age 4 60?
