Atleast Bolas seems to be hard countered by skirm (even harder then normal musks) due to that x.67 multi against all infantry. But inca now can send lancers twice in age 3 and age 4 so bolas-lancers-huaracas is just straight up deadly

Is it tho? Sound like a strong but not so OP FF. Probably want a TP in this case. Can the saved builder be used for war hut/kallanka in age3?

I dont really get what exactly your ffing for when you can just play age 2 with a better eco and get all your age 3 units unlocked anyway

edit: I like the tp suggestion actually, will try to see if i can fit a tambo in transition to age 2

with the FF I can send 10 bolas, then infnitely bolas or hurracas or lancers, all with vet stats, it just steamrolls faster

I'd say Inca isn't the type of civ that want to spam unit shipments just because of the nature of the civ (they can boom and pretty much any other card is worth more). However the units shipments are all quite good and they have 2 shadow-teched units to send so even FF builds make sense.
Overall it looks like Inca is granted way too much stuff. The baseline for everything seems too high compared to other civs that have similar features. It feels very satisfying to play but it's essentially because it's too good.

I'd have to say age 2 kallanka is a total failure design. Like Hausa rush 1.0, it's not "unbeatable", but it makes the game quite boring. You have to prepare a unique deck, do a unique build every time, or you just lose even if you're 300 mmr higher.

I feel that there is one or two people in the balance team who come up with crazy ideas after the round of balance is 90% done and throws these random ideas . Then the ones who understand the game always cede to their pleas because they did not participate up to that point.
Every patch there is reasonable balance and crazy pontual tweaks. Every new civ has got good cards and broken cards.
Just look the trend. It can't be done by the same people.

yeah it is but that 1 extra wood crate dominated the meta on that map in EPL2 and kind of ruined what is otherwise a good map. the game isnt balanced around all civs getting an extra wood crateiNcog wrote:Isn't that a feature of the map?

I also just realised that I can build a TP with the travois from the age 2 age up.
So yeah incan FF at 6:20-6:30 with 3 kanchas and a TP is very consistent and spam bolas and huracas like no tommorow

Do Haudenosaunee travois build Trading Posts already or it's still a "nay"? Because if they don't, then Inca is better at travois then the "travois civ", not that the later have good buildings anyway.
