Italian-Americans: Special Units:
Goomba: Archaic foot soldier, wields a baseball bat for aoe damage
Paesan: Ranged unit, fires an uzi into crowds of villagers
Patriot: Main goal is to get revenge for 9/11, shake down small pizza places. drives an apehanger motorcycle, is a hand-cav type unit
Made Man: Must be loyle to his capo. Elite age 4 berserker unit with a mac10 and crowbar
Da Boss: hero unit, the biggest goomba of them all. has a crackshot
Capo: minor hero unit, like hersirs in AoM. Available in age 2. build limit of 5. Capo units have a passive ability called Shake Down, which causes villagers to generate a coin trickle within a radius. Has a special ability, "Whack", which can be used like an age 4 explorer crackshot, to insta-kill a single enemy unit. You can also use the capo special ability "Whack" to kill a villager in exchange for 300c instantly deposited into your resource pile.
goo-mah: lady friends that provide a morale boost to troops, giving a 5% attack bonus in a radius, like a spanish unction missionary. Can also slowly heal units in proximity, but causes a negative eco gathering debuff to villagers within a nearby radius (can't let the goo-mahs near the wife and kids)
Special Buildings
-Meat Market: Here's where you can get all your fine italian meats and cheeses, like gabagool, prosciut, salam, bene salcheech, rigott, muzzadell, or provolone. You can buy these with the special resource, Loyalty (see below). Buying these gives you special abilities with a one-time use, like a wonder power but non-rechargable. Different meats and cheeses have different effects, like increasing unit HP, speed, or villager gather rates.
-Vincenzo's Restaurant: A nice family restaurant where we can talk about This Thing of Ours in friggin peace, and get away from the wife and the feds. Has very low HP, so it can be easily destroyed by enemies, but units can garrison inside. Units inside will heal slowly. Also, villagers must be tasked to work at Vincenzo's Restaurant to produce different delicious Italian-American foods in order to age (see below)
-Strip Club: The hangout. Works like a tavern/saloon, can be used to recruit outlaw units and mercs, as well as being the only place to train goo-mahs, the lady friends
New Special Resource: Loyalty.
-Can be exchanged for meats at the Meat Market, the Italian-American special building. With loyalty, you can buy special meats and cheeses to boost your units attack, HP, or speed.
-Loyalty accumulates through fighting, much like favor in AoM for the Norse.
Unique Civ Features
-Wearing a Wire: Every game, one of your villagers will be wearing a wire, giving line of sight to your opponent for that villager alone. Which villager gets the wire is random, and may fall from vill 1-99. Killing the villager with a Capo's special ability "Whack" will remove the LOS, and triple the coin bonus (900c instead of 300).
-The Italian-Americans advance in age through baking traditional italian American dishes at Vincenzo's Restaurant. You can task up to 9 villagers to work at the restaurant, like villagers building a wonder, except this restaurant only has to be built once, and then you just have to work there with villagers for each age.
Age Up options at Vincenzo's Restaurant are as follows:
Age 2 - Calzone (300 loyalty) or Spaghetti and Meatballs (500 food)
Age 3 - Baked Zidi (6 paesans), Stuffed Shells (800c), or Cannolis (2 capos and 5 goo-mahs)
Age 4 - Lasagna (10 villagers) or Chicken Parm (2 falconets)
Age 5 - Bolognese (2000 c) or Shrimp Scampi (16 goombas)
Italian-American Voice Commands
Yes - Eyy whoah fuck you pal
Ready - big fuckin tough guy huh
What is it? / Your command? - Fugedaboutit
I will - You da boss
Attack 1 - Stugotz
Attack 2 - Va fangool
Hunter - Hunt this ya cocksucker
Gatherer - suck a lemon
Miner - ill get da money
Lumberjack - go into da fuckin woods? what do i look like a fuckin park ranger? marrone

You forgot one of the unique buildings:
Leaning tower is an outpost that only costs 100w but loses HP over time and will stay up on 1 HP like Minutemen until a unit sieges it

Re: new civ confirmed by devs
I can already see an OP build developing:
Age 1:
Send 3 vills, drop a house and Vincenzo's Restaurant.
When you reach 800f, use 4 vills to cook Spaghetti and Meatballs
Transition to Colonial:
Gather food and enough wood for 1 house and 1 rax
Colonial:
Gather up food crates from the Meatballs Age up
Send 700c
Drop house and rax
Train 1 Capo
When the coin arrives Gather it up and whack one vill to get to 1000c
Send 9 vills to cook (not sure yet if Zidi or Shells)
Transition to Fortress:
Drop a forward Leaning tower
Train 2 more capos
Gather 100c
Fortress:
Whack 3 vills with capos to get to 1000c and send a merc shipment to forward tower (preferably 5 Elmeti)
Support with Paesans
