Tbh this is the only way they could possibly agree to. If Drongo sets Red Bull ads on stream + drinks Red Bulls on the stream + organizes everything in a cooperation of ESOC, there is a small chance that they couls throw a 5k for an online tournament prize pool.

On the other hand, look at the state of the forum. There barely are 8 users and ppl want a big bucks tourney xD
Then check AOE2 forums and whatever the Vietnamese have. It's probably not a mostly deserted site.
So maybe this is more like an ambition for the few users that still lurk here.
