what to do against port

I have trouble against the Portuguese in general, I don't know when to push, when to contest a water and especially I always get crushed on the tc with CM, need some advice

It depend a lot about the civ but you don't necessary need to fight vs tc, if you can secure the tp line and contain your eco will rise faster than his own. Against water i don't know my winrate against decent decent play is 0% ahah

Ports are losing atleast 5-6 MUs, Port vs germany/Inca/sweden/Iro/Indıa/china/japan are indeed bad mus for ports, there is no sense for calling them too good, I don't remember of a too good civ which has 5-6 bad MUs.

Portuguese eco requires the player to be constantly expanding his base, acquiring more resource locations, because otherwise he can't utilise the extra TCs to their full potential.
You have 2 options. superfast rush with quick retreat when MMs spawn, or simply map control with cavalry. Either way you need to be determined.
Other possible option is to do a greedy FF yourself(with civs like france and japan), since Portugal isn't keen on attacking early.

I know we played so many games yesterday and I would call it rather my style being effective on you than you're being bad. I think it's more about your starts rely on meta/tourney map pool which is why you get hard time in qs, to improve your winrate, I suggest you to figure out anti water strats, but there are not many good anti water players so you might not find a lot of stuff, If you need help, hit me pm wherever you want, I'll help you.

dont rush, no point vs 2 tc, u sometimes gotta be prepared to play the macro game but dont go for it straight away, you wanna pressure him enough to force bad tc locations and defensive shipments that arent economical, such as cm or even 8 cass 5 goon 2 organ.
Say youre french or iro for example, id play abit age 2 to force 3rd tc in a terrible spot, then age and do an early fortress timing with your superior skirm advantage. Drop a tc behind and passively grow your eco whilst youre idling his and control the map as much as possible (should be easy with more army and 3rd tc in bad position).
