I'm not sure how much bank should I have. Hussar Semi-ff with 2 banks makes me too poor. 5 banks make me rich, but this also makes me vulnerable to early attacks and timing rushes. Against some civs, I rather think I have to do an early attack(China, japan, or else). Is this the right decision?
In fact, I think everything can be gained through time and experience, but I don't seem to learn anything about it. So I want to learn from your experiences.

Re: Problems with playing Dutch
It depends on the situation but most of the time it's 3-4.
Two is simply not an option and 5 is very greedy. I d say it's an unnecessary risk unless you know exactly what you're doing.
