i changed my mind, i actually like using dutch cons as japan. but i still don't like sending GFA or 300e specifically for that.

i found that my use cases for dutch cons are:
1) when playing a MU that is not safe for ports+kami boom, you build consulate during ageup for japan. But if you scout that enemy is not going to be aggressive, allying consulate to dutch instead of isolation is a viable eco-option.
2) when facing fast FFs opening dutch cons + shrine is one way to follow with FF without completely sacrificing your eco (because the coin dutch cons provides is good and then you can use the auto upgraded musk batch + intervention if necessary to hold).
