Are there new builds out for Aztec other than a rush or FI? My current rush is 15v fast age with forward base train puma send 9 mace and push. I don’t know how to FI with the new age one cards I do it like diarouga on shows on YouTube for TAD. Is there a more optimal rush or FI? Also why does it seem much harder to rush British? I used to think it was a great matchup for Aztec but it seems harder now. Is this because there are so many hunts or is the nerf to unit shipments too devastating? And finally how to play vs the Africans? I hate them so much and can’t figure out how to play against them

New meta build imo is: 3v|Calmecac|3WP|700w|9slinger|600w|6puma|8slinger| with a timing around 8-9 minutes
Vs Brits you can lot of things. I'd say one solid and pretty straightforward option is to do 10wp FF into slingers and erk

Bad. It's worth less vills and it is easier to macro with all vills on food.

I was doing age up fast, war chief hp, 5 skull knight. Card order 3v 3wp 700w 5v 600c and 600c while aging to 3. I skip 900 coin and gather 400 to get to fortress and 600 in transition.

Get age 4 about 11 min. I send 1000 wood and smoking mirror while aging to industrial

With Calmecac you age up with the war hut and then with the fast age. Also have to dance for one less WP starting from more dancers. Also don't have to collect 700w and drop the WH in the middle of your age2. It speeds up the build. As for the pop space you simply drop 2 houses with the starting crates.

How do you survive vs falcs without war chief? It’s hard to afford coyote and then still make it industrial bc they are so food heavy and being stuck in age 3 doesn’t feel good compared to basically any other fortress civ

Arrow knights suck have bonus vs a unit that resists 75% of their damage. Wouldn’t hurt to give them siege dmg and lower base attack and raise multiplier, something like a hand mortar from China

Not really. You can't hold the TP, and it delays your boom a lot.
British with 2 TPs, faster age up but worse eco = French. But French semiFF doesn't need upgrading units.

you could spend 1000 res on 4 mams that die and stay dead, or you can spend smoking mirror on jesus hero that resurrects.

Smoking mirror is not great as the cover mode bug was fixed. Warchief without cover mode can be snipe down easily by mass infantry.

with the explorer ceremony its still like 4 k HP snare tank with aoe damage, so for skull knight FI I think its still important

Dont you get calmecac too late when you send it second? I prefer sending it first card as you dont need the 3v for the 15v ageup. often I click up with 12v and receive the second shipment (3v) a few seconds after. sending it first gives you a wp dancing for exp for about a minute that helps getting the first shipment in age 2. obviously treasurehunting helps with the xp. any thoughts on this?

You receive it in time to get the full age up time bonus. You dance with 9-10v to get a shipment ready in ageIII.
