Maybe but with the new patch 2 out of 3 games seem oos at least in team games.

I think that goes for some exploreres only. Since there are so many of them now, some might be buggy, causing the ransom OOS.

im just thinking but isnt this build highly signaled since you kinda need to go advanced saloon, chinese immigrants and pensylvania age up?

and I forget but since chinese immigrants is also using the mininuteman system, doesnt a message get sent out to the opponent if you use it?

Yeah but it doesn't matter. Even if your opponent knows you'll do that and train spies immediately, you still have TP saloon eco, and can further upgrade stagecoach. Spies don't really beat highlanders either.
Imagine Iroquois/Russian age fast and put a barrack in front of your base: it's 100% signaled but still hard to deal with.
