Sorry, it's a joke based on some advanced advices diarouga gave to a beginner.
The overall gist of it was "check your macro, because macro is what win games under top 100 level", but it went into incredible detail including "shift click your villagers on food crates at the beginning of the game because they are idle between each food crates over wise which cost you 5 food in idle time".
