You never raided his villagers in his original base (would have been easy kills).
You were running around with your army for the entire game and still lost vills to musket raids from him.
You advanced to age 3 really late.
You never built a second TC and boomed to 99 vills.
You lost around 12 villagers to 1 HP minuteman over the course of MINUTES.
Its only fair that you lose to revolt after so many great mistakes, you would have lost the game vs standard port play as well from that point on.
BTW: Peruvian revolt still kinda OP and ships in ponds are simply cancer.

Peru revolt is something that's situationally probably too good but generally it's pretty easy to 1) kill them before the revolt or 2) delay it long enough that you just have more stuff. Water might be an exception
