It's look like i'm not the only one who have this fuking issue

Well I guess United States Law is pretty shit then. Here in Brazil if a software would do something like that it's a won cause, just need to wait the slow justice system to work...
Oh btw, the contract here means shit if something abusive is being done with the terms they impose on you. At least down here that's how it works...

it's not a class action if noone here is rich enough or cares enough to sue

Yes, the game deleted all my documents files, images, download files, works etc...

Not that it would even remotely get to this stage ... but you can still build a successful case against terms/smallprint that a consumer has signed.

A good solution is to run it using Linux. Due to how it and Wine/Proton are designed it's literally impossible to mess up your PC playing it.
