If MS didn't confirm that game deleted files and that it doesn't now, technically there is really no confirmation. It is still in limbo.. *technically*

All I’m saying is that they have not confirmed us that it will not happen again, so it is safe to assume it has not been solved or else they would have spoken about it.

Well they don’t give a shit about your trust, what they do care about is the potential to be held liable for data loss. So even though it’s almost certain that the game was responsible for data deletion, they have 0 incentive to ever admit it.

Regardless of whether they admit or not, if someone can prove that game is the reason for data loss, they can still be held liable.

Well, they never spoke about it and blamed the "mods", so I guess it is still an issue.
