Aren't we all just looking for an excuse to blow money on super premium subs for the extremely high quality ESOC twitch channel?

Can you please just rename the king of the hill challange to anything else? Just makes rules confusing. Does it need to be played in koth game mode? At this point im not even sure if the 1v7 must be in the koth game mode, or if nothing needs to be in that mode

Ive done a 25:35 non livestock non furtrade strat, comparing to callens post earlier i dont think port sea boom is the right way to go here. I have the rec but heres a cheeky pic. Feels awkward that saguenay and lrg saguenay are 2 completely different maps. I've guessed that plymouth map is banned though lol

Oh, don't you just love it when DE does it's famous unresponsive trick an hour into the game just after beating the last of the 7 AIs?
I don't.
Don't you find it even more astonishing that because of the simply amazing unresponsive trick, the rec is now invalid and won't play?
I don't either.
AOE3: Detrimental Embarrassment.

Indonesia has 10 whales in 1v1, which is the most whales of any non custom 1v1 map in the game. I think Honshu came in second with 9 if I counted correctly, and a boatload (lol) have 8.I_HaRRiiSoN_I wrote:Ive done a 25:35 non livestock non furtrade strat, comparing to callens post earlier i dont think port sea boom is the right way to go here. @deleted_user4 true, it did cross my mind however I thought that needed much more macro considering how spread oout the whales are and the pay off is actually questionanble considering distances involved. However the extra fish is such an important factor that I might retry on Indonesia. I'm not sure I can even be bothered for the iro herdable furtrade as that is the winning strat

Re: ESOC Bounty Board
Compared to large saguenay though you are missing out on cree, huron and TP support
Re: ESOC Bounty Board
just to show a low effort try on indonesia for comparison
but yea this is definitely not the winning strat, win will be some 16 min attaque carp level shenanigans

Re: ESOC Bounty Board
Thanks to all the folks who are early and asking questions. This is helping us refine the bounty posts. We are also going to put some energy into improving the experience of the bounty board, submissions, and the rewards.
We hope this idea brings some entertainment to your AOE3 experience and that we get to keep improving it.

maybe.... but then there is inca, with a great sea boom, food from houses and can fur trade twice to get the coin for all age ups, and then do it for the 100k coin
so basically you start by gathering all wood, for houses and sea economy (4 dock?), get about 8k food (its actually less), turn to coin, then start aging continually still only gathering food now. or switch to whales if food on water runs out. and then more and more food, until you can fur trade again around 80K food taken
use vil shipments and TC shipments to get all TCenters up
wood shipments for more houses and ships
not sure about their herable capacity.... but ship some llamas

And the gamemode question has not reaaally been answered either, and legacy has not been discussed yet, so...
I doubt this is for legacy, but Its a good question!

Will there be a leaderboard somewhere to follow the progress, see who achieved the $5 one and watch the (current) top $100 runs?
Re: ESOC Bounty Board
Maybe in the future. For now there are 3 submissions on the perpetual challenge.Vafurx wrote:Will there be a leaderboard somewhere to follow the progress, see who achieved the $5 one and watch the (current) top $100 runs?
