Re: ESOC Bounty Board
wait for Aklak winning the 100k gold competition with only 10 villagers xD
Re: ESOC Bounty Board
I think if you just build a bunch of single wall segments on the map you get to magically acquire 100k gold

Re: ESOC Bounty Board
i guess we cant use x marks the spot, luckily if you restart a 1v1 you get the same map spawn so you can play from memory where res are. Also ive used slow speed to play to eek out every villager second to improve my time and the replay runs at normal speed if played back at fast, i guess this is fine as its not in any rules and can watched back at normal speed later on twitch / youtube?

Makes me cringe that only @I_HaRRiiSoN_I tries to complete the ESO-c BountyI_HaRRiiSoN_I wrote:i guess we cant use x marks the spot, luckily if you restart a 1v1 you get the same map spawn so you can play from memory where res are. Re: ESOC Bounty Board
Could we have a place to check the current best time posted? Ocf no info on the strategy used, just somewhere with a info like "18 people did the 1v7 challange already, only 2 spots left. Current best time verified for 100k is 26mins" just so people have a reference for where to aim, what challange should they work for, etc.

Re: ESOC Bounty Board
ive just submitted my 2nd rec, but i dont think im going to try for a 3rd for a while, already put some time into this. I kinda like the novelty of not knowing how others are getting on

Re: ESOC Bounty Board
yeah idk, it also works, I just like having more info. Like If I do a run of 24mins and I know i'm close to the best time, I might redo the same strat to get a a few seconds of. but if the first place is doing something like 18mins I should probably just start thinking in something else instead.I_HaRRiiSoN_I wrote:ive just submitted my 2nd rec, but i dont think im going to try for a 3rd for a while, already put some time into this. Re: ESOC Bounty Board
when interjection was making his challenges i understood that giving away your time is giving away your competitive advantage. because you just don't know how good your time is (and thus how much you want to spend on improving it) and even if you have the fastest strat.lemmings121 wrote:yeah idk, it also works, I just like having more info. Re: ESOC Bounty Board
Not knowing best time/strat is something what is good for people who have bad macro but did invent a good strat to get as fast as possible 100k coin.harcha wrote:when interjection was making his challenges i understood that giving away your time is giving away your competitive advantage. because you just don't know how good your time is (and thus how much you want to spend on improving it) and even if you have the fastest strat.lemmings121 wrote:yeah idk, it also works, I just like having more info. Re: ESOC Bounty Board
how about we say that below 25:30 mins is a good effort and below 24:00 is a very good effort? I dont think below 20 minutes is even possible let alone plausible. But im not too fussed in trying to whittle down the time second by second as the reward and pride just isnt worth it haha

How is 100$ not worth it :vI_HaRRiiSoN_I wrote:how about we say that below 25:30 mins is a good effort and below 24:00 is a very good effort?
