its quite the opposite.... the first 2 seasons were slow and boring

You''re talking out of your ass again... In fact I would argue the opposite happened' the show got more serious.
Jerom has a point. South park didn''t get worse, just every fan of the show got older and therefore harder to please. The humour didn''t get more childish and the commentary on society is as spot on as it ever was.

too much of anything starts to get stale. when i first watched cr1tikal on youtube, he was hilarious. but now its only funny on limits. the same for freemans mind. when i first watched the first 5 episodes, it was incredible. but then he started to reuse the same theme and approach to his jokes
