Why no more good threads?

The Off-topic section used to have plenty of good threads. I know @evilcheadar and I don't post as much as we used to, but it's a bit sad to see how few legitimately good threads there are in this section. Can't anybody step up and save the off-topic section?

The answer is because most serious strategy threads died out and its prominent posters left or started posting less when off topic started to become the primary asset of an aoe3 gaming forum. The first few months of this forum featured only aoe3 talk and it was a great experience. I learned lots of stuff that I didn't know before and people were actively posting replays, not for the sake of bragging (well, mostly), but to improve their gameplay or help others.

This. That being said, I really enjoy the content recently. Talk about the meta, EP, different playstyles, unviable livestock/politician talk, new tournament formats and of course the good old bug vs feature vs cheat discussion.

yeah. sure, but that was 2 years back And things have changed since then. The Off topic thread has been nerfed a couple of times But in a year or so. I will hopefully make another "Sanders for POTUS thread"
