Landsknechts should generate coin with every strike comparable to Keshiks in AoE2. Landsknecht regiments were historically known as plunderers and marodeurs because they were often paid rather bad.

Cultural question: the main character is both a Ronin and a Yojimbo, right? Like Ronin is an unaffiliated samurai and Yojimbo is the word for body guard, but very frequently though a Yojimbo is also a Ronin.

The pikes into rods card is ridiculous... even if you send 24 pikes in industrial (lol) and then ship this card, you still only get 2x12 melee soldiers for 2 industrial cards.

In fortress it's even less worth it

landsknecht got their shit pounded by swiss pikeman. they do not need a buff. swiss pikeman on the other hand shud have lazerguns and hoverboards
