Thought this was gonna be the bug where you ship your fort to an outpost and it never appears. Have had that one multiple times. It never happens when shipping to a tc or another fort.

I think I see what happened. The Dragoons had targeted the wagon and shot at it the exact moment as it transformed into a foundation, causing the foundation to take damage instead and pretty much instantly die. Kind of a crazy edge case.

Would be good to report this to the devs along with the rec @callentournies

I was gonna say the same thing as @EAGLEMUT . Looks like the timing was just sad for you. But take solace in the fact that nats could be useful here because nats are quite useful in a pinch

My opponent already researched vasa torps. They gather res and provide 40 pop so I knew it was lost, thus employed asymmetric warfare as a last ditch effort.

On the subject of glitches, here's a treasure guardian glitch courtesy of the low elo legend supremo_mx. All treasure guardians attacking the stealthed native scout (taking no damage), while the explorer shoots from outside the guardian radius. Worse than simply creeping for many treasures, but interesting nonetheless. I haven't bothered to test on RE, is this an old glitch or perhaps introduced by the recent stealth changes?

This definitely looks new. I used to tank with my native scout occasionally and then drop it into stealth to switch aggro to my explorer.
