It has nothing to do with you being good or bad for this event. You had already played in the EPL S4.The rule exist so that players get equal opportunity to get picked up & play in the event.

There were 2 DND (Did not play) people signed up for ECL (look_tom & LukasL).

LukasL is not in the list because of rule 2.
