I have the original Age of Empires III: Complete Collection from game box (non steam). Can I play normally in a multiplayer game (without Steam), with others?

You should be able to play through ESO as long as your CD key hasn’t already been used to create an account (you can find this in the game’s main menu).

Alternatively you can play through a third-party service called GameRanger.
