There's a book called "Art of Empires" that's filled with all sorts of concept art and other artwork from the original game. Maybe that's something you're interested in?

Yea exactly, are 3D printers a viable option to get little decorations? Havent tried them yet.

what are you going to 3d print? it's not a magic bullet, you need an idea and the skills and time to execute

Yeah, 3D printing seems like an option but I expect models for it aren't readily available. Extracting and converting models from the game might be possible, although technically challenging, and it might not have the level of detail you're looking for. The legacy game's models were certainly awful up close, but Definitive Edition's models might be good enough.

I think most people printing figurines use resin printers rather than FDM. It's worth noting however that resin is quite toxic and precautions are necessary for using resin printers.
