special winter tournament

The "Christmas tournament" - aka age II tournament was a great success.
I have been contacted by admins to donate to another tournament in the fall/winter. They asked me what kind of special tournament I would like. I am not sure what I want. One thing comes up though; I think the natives are not appreciated? Maybe a tournament when the native tps are paid for in advance?
Or all games played on "unknown".

If you have any thoughts, pls write some words about it.
I am up for suggestions, if you have good

I know some are bad but I'm Brainstorming some ideas here:

1) No resource crates on deck tournament
2) Mercenaries and nats only tournament
3) 3 or "x number" cards decks only
4) 50 of max population tournament
5) vills on wood only (you exchange wood for other resources in the market to make units)

age 3 only tournament? as in, you can't advance further than age 3 and maybe you aren't allowed to fight until you're age 3?

Unique shipments only, only allow shipments that are unique to your civilization to be sent

The same way as any AoE3 tournament, it's a 1v1 skill game with multiplayer

I saw a suggestion about this on discord today from Vivid I think in Sunbros, he mentioned double cards. So like 2 falcs would become 4 falcs, trickles are 2x, crates shipments, all shipments have their affects doubled.
