what is the modern equivalent to heavenly kami

Heavenly Kami 600w 4v 4v used to be one of my favorite builds, and was probably OP in TAD. Trying it on the ladder these days, it just feels nothing like it used to. Out of all the house civs are there any builds from Sweden, Brit, Inca, or other boom civs that can replicate that kind of eco while massing? Doing it as Japan, monks built instead of vils, the price was 75w, and you could chose the res you wanted, the flexibility was very nice.

Cool build, will try this out. Can you fertility dance with all the food income? Gonna try some stagecoach stuff too, the 3tp card feels better for Inca.
