can't unlock the profile pictures for the challenges

Unfortunately, I can't unlock the profile pictures for the challenges in combat and multiplayer. For example, I built 500 walls and didn't receive the reward (the profile picture). Also the other challenges doesnt work to get profile picture.. could someone help pls?

None of those work anymore, the devs forgot to update their descriptions to reflect that the challenge expired.
