Re: Cooking
Spicy chicken soup (3-4 portions)
-600gr of chicken breasts (7€)
-150-200gr cherry tomatoes (ca.1€ I don't remember)
-2 chilli peppers (2x0.7€)
-3 potatoes (1€ per kilo)
-1 block of chicken stock (0.8€ the whole box of 8 blocks)
I made this recipe from what I had available, inspired by this https://akispetretzikis.com/en/categori ... ntomatinia. Cut the chicken into cubes and boil it. During boiling you might have to throw away the foam. After you've removed the foam, add potatoes, cut into cubes, in the pot. Cut the chilli peppers and the tomatoes and mix them with oil, salt and pepper. Add those in the pot along with the chicken stock. Let it boil for at least 40mins, maybe 1hour.

Re: Cooking
One of my favorite things to do is get hamburger meat, make two hamburger patties, cook two eggs, a piece of Swiss cheese on the egg, egg on the hamburger patty, tomato on top. Veri nice.

Cally's D-light
-two medium sized potatoes (any kind idc)
-four large eggs
-meat source (I microwave a couple of cheddar brats)
-veggies of choice: peppers, onions, brussels sprouts, spinach for eggs.
-seasoning/hot sauce
Lightly skin and chop potatoes into chunks. Oil pain, throw potatoes on for ~6 min (idk) then add your chopped veggies. Fry/saute everything until potatoes cooked. Remove from pan and place in warming oven. Throw spinach on pan to quickly wilt. Beat your eggs and put in pan with spinach. Cook until scrambled. Meanwhile microwave brats. Chop brats into chunks. Combine all ingredients into one large plate/bowl container. Season liberally with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, maybe some seasoning salt. Douse with hot sauce of choice. Enjoy!

Re: Cooking
I'm a student and also a vegan (when I live on my own).
I usually have no recipe in mind and I make things up on the spot
This is lentil meatballs and some spicy tomato sauce
I boiled lentils and changed water 3 times, I blended them with olive oil and garlic powder/salt/pepper till they were mashed, I turned their shape into "meatballs" and put crumbed baked cereals around them and then baked them. The tomato sauce is basically blended tomatoes with blended oatmeal, smoked paprika, olive oil and a chilli pepper
Re: Cooking
Here my first post :
Queen Quiche
150g flour
50g room warm butter
1 egg
A bit salt
Put everything in a bowl and make a nice dough. Find a guy for the oven... You know something flat and where you can make a cake inside... Put a bit butter on it everywhere inside bc if not the quiche will stay on it and you have crumbles!
Roll it flat and put it in the round bowl for the oven.
200g spinach
2 big tomatoes
100g goat cheese
5 eggs
5 cl milk
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
Put the spinach on top of the dough. Then mix eggs, milk and spices together. Add it into the spinach. Cut the tomatoes in slices and put them on top. Now comes the best. Add the goat cheese on the tomatoes.
Now give it a lovely kiss and put it in the hot oven on 160C.
After 45-60min it's done.
You can make it hot again or freeze it for 1month.
You can also change the ingredients. The dough and eggs with milk and spices are the same.
Heres an example:
6 big mushrooms
50g bacon
1 big squash
And some gratin cheese
Another:
2 carrots
50g cauliflower
50g broccoli
100g hacked meat (grilled in the pan before gives more taste)
Edit: if you don't have something to roll you can spread the dough a bit in the round bowl and use a glass to press the dough
I hope everyone understands my recipe

Re: Cooking
Pasta (Cooked in Indian Spices)
1. Boil Pasta (10-15 mins)
2. Mix Alfredo and Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, in ratio 1:3. Also add some Sriracha.
3. Add oregano seasonings, crushed red pepper and Variety of Indian Spices (Sabzi Masala, Garam Masala, Butter Chicken Masala or even Maggi Taste Maker)
4. Heat this mixture for 2-3 mins and add pasta to it.
5. Once it is cooked, sprinkle some cheese, stir it a bit and leave for 1 min for cheese to melt.
6. Add Spicy Ranch.
Time to eat!
Overall time to cook, 25 mins max. Good for students, or people who stay alone.
Add vegs to make it healthier. Add more time accordingly.

Re: Cooking
This one is very simple and very good:
Lightly oil a large piece of tin foil and press a thick hamburger patty onto it (salt and pepper). Chop and season veggies to add on top of it (potato, pepper, carrot, mushroom, onion, brussels sprouts, beans, etc). Drape another slightly larger piece of foil over it all and fold the edges to create a nice seal. Throw on grill for 10-15 min. I haven't made it in an oven before but I imagine it's doable.
