I think it would be the best if the head of comitee amyhaye and stanley_winston to not join the competitio as we all know what happened in the issue of conflict of interest particularry referring back to the issue of last pk clan tournament

I am actually wondering where you are referring to, afaik, the issues in previous PK tournaments where not caused by a staff member that was playing in the tournament.

the pk tournament issue brings to come the assumption that the staff is preventing _h20 from winning. And yes that was the staff not playing (shmras was paying if I am not wrong but it doesnt matter much) a more assumptive though may appear if the chief of staff join the tournament as many may think decision make by the staff is for his/her own benefit just for the aspect of neutrality thats all.

It's not that I'm a supreme dictator in this tournament at this moment. Even if I could make decisions that would be in my benefit, why would I even make them?

I understand your concern about the neutrality of the tournament staff that is also a player. However, I think this should not be a problem. The brackets will be generated by 1v1 ELO rating, and these rating are available online here. All the records of all the games will be posted on this website, and are available to all people who registered. We want to be as transparent as we can, and we are always open to questions regarding our performance. I hope you can live with this answer.
