Just gonna put it out there, was an entertaining series to watch (besides the lag in the bigger engagements)

Another trophy win for Mitoe!

Shame it's the trohpy for the best throw and not the 1st place prize though. Still, it's another one to add to the collection.

Yea, it was very entertaining. I think that this tournament format is really great because players can prepare and we see a lot of innovative stuff.

Actually I didn't prepare anything, I didn't even know the map pool. But anyway we see various builds because you gotta surprise the opponent so it's nice

Well, in a normal tourney it would have been uhlan semi vs China ff, here we saw some unstandard age 2 stuffs, which was quite nice.

Yeah, I also didn't prepare that much. I did a little bit but no one really wanted to play the matchup.

Main thing was just that Kaiser and I have played a lot of casual games and we kinda understand each other's playstyles and were kinda naturally mind-gaming in pretty much every game after the first one. 3rd game was really unfortunate, I scouted his base and only saw 4 SW so I assumed he was fbing somewhere :( Otherwise with this build if your opponent is playing passive you can just German consulate and get the trickles and then mass off 2 raxes with cheaper armies for a bit. Also housed myself with the redcoats--you're supposed to queue a lot of excess vills before you train them; so I was missing about 5 vills off of just not having the population to train them. Whoops.

Other than that... Yeah king of throws right here. 8-)

GGs, grats to Kaiser but was hoping Mitoe was going to bring the cup home to Canada.

Was looking forward to watching this one live, is there a stream schedule somewhere so i can plan in the future?

not the stream schedule per se, but the match schedule can always be found in the form of this spreadsheet in the Results and Scheduling forum of the most current round

Naaaah. It's ok. Better to get my losses out of the way early in the tournament so I can win later.

This didn't age well.
