japan vs russia help

I cant seem to deal as japan vs a full russia rush what units should i make what card order should i send.

Throw up a few walls, make 5 yumi, tc fire, go age 3, spam ashi, win

Russia destroy this matchup, Japan can't pump out cav early game so all Russia has to do and flood strel into you base. Also not to mention strelets most efficient unit at tanking TC fire.

It's not easy at all. Sure if the guy has cm card and start cav vs all in strelet rush, that sound easy. But Russia can do other builds.

Rushing the earliest with few units or a bit letter with more units is still a rush to me.

The point of this rec is how H2O managed to defend under his TC with timing villager fighting and garrison.

russia dont have to rush. if you send cm and wall a lot he can just age up and cannon.

I think japan should wins with a nice defense. Wall + stable start should works. Strelets and russian musk cannot kill nagi really. When russian goes for an all in rush, means if you reject their rush, you automatically won. Anyway, the problem is that when you send CM card you must be sure your opponent is going to rush you hard, either way , you just wasted a card tho

Yeah but without cm you can not hold a rush.

5 coss 700w for harass+stagecoach, then decide if to mass more or age up.
Or probably some timing including 700w 700g etc.
There is no reason why Russia shouldnt have as many chances as other civs vs Japan.
