how to win this strategy?
Hmm, I am far from an expert 1v1 player but it appears to me that your biggest mistake is that you were taking poor engagements that you didn't need to fight. Pushing into his base at 11 minutes was a mistake and a bad engagement but more importantly fighting his army in your own base at 11:40 was completely unnecessary, he has no cav and no ability to raid you so your vils working away from your tc are (relatively) safe until he does train his own cav. You also have/had a few hussars so you would be able to continue to raid. Basically what stood out to me the most was the sloppy defensive play at 11:40 and on, you do not need to fight him with your army, you can constantly whittle away at his army by shooting him while he sieges, using TC fire effectively, and using your defenders advantage to pop minutemen or other military units at the right time to catch his army, especially if he has to deal with raids and might not be paying attention. What I'm trying to say mostly is that you had lots of effective options while on the defence near the end of the game and didn't use any of them.

He is playing this mirror correctly. France mirror is only age 2 muskets and some crossbows. Maybe a few hussar if you want to get raid control
Also that zoom mod is kinda not allowed =).
