Re: Poker
You probably have too many sizes all over the place. Also be sure to put 0 to OOP flop size (no donking allowed). I also mostly nodelock for range bet on the flop for IP as that's what happens in most of the hands I play. A SRP for me takes usually a minute or so. BvB can take several minutes but th...

Re: Poker
I usually solve SRP for 0.8%, 3bet pots with 0.25% and 4bet pots with 0.1%. You still get an accurate result but save lot of time.

Re: Poker
I mean sizes in general, I have only one profile rn. You use different ones with 3bet pots? While the solver is running it gives a dEV number (and percentage) which I assume means the possible delta in EV as a sort of confidence factor. It lowers the longer you leave it running (confidence increase...

Re: Poker
You mean sizes for 3bet pots, or in general? Talking about real play (vs regs) I have mostly one size flop, 2 sizes turn and 2 sizes river. It's like small bet flop, big bet and overbet turn and river. It's a function of your strat anyway. If you simplify the gto strat into pure strat those are usua...

Re: Poker
I'm a bit afraid of learning bad habits this way though Doesn't GGpoker have a hand history file to download to put in a tracker when offgame? You can check your frequencies that way and correct when needed. That is in anticipation of future level ups. In general tho, it's hard to get exploited if ...

Re: Poker
Fair enough. Ye ggpoker has a policy of keeping the game somewhat more casual which means better field but less tools for regs to get an edge. At microstakes I'd assume the average reg is nitty anyway compared to gto, so you can still overfold quite a lot and play straightfoward. For example in your...

Re: Poker
Also I suggest to change the color scheme of GTO+ and making it silar to PIO and other solvers (fold blue, call/check green, bet/raise red). I can pass you my color code if you want.

Re: Poker
The first question should be: who are you actually playing against? GTO reasoning makes sense if you are playing against a somewhat decent opponent who is capable of bluffing enough. You'd be surprised how far from gto are even some regs at nl100 and 200. With that said, just check what the solver d...

Re: Poker
I play on pokerstars.it at the moment. The field should be the similar to other .com major rooms except it's smaller. Prior to that I've been on ipoker and another national poker room. I started taking it serisouly in 2019. I've been playing nl100 since november. From my experience the winrate drops...

Re: August Update – Build # 100.13.16662.0
Preface: sea bypasses aoe3’s entire dynamic balance/good gameplay mechanism which is natural res are good and farming is bad. So since walls which normally you don’t secure any map for yum natural res, you actually do on the water, get them faster, and then half of it is infinite, so walls break ga...

Re: Informal Matchup of the Month : India vs Spain
India doesn't exactly have a "strong" FF. The closest to a straight FF is Taj Mahal with 700g as first card (need all that gold because you have to chop for vills all the time). And it is still a bit slow and not very powerful. This is why India should try to beat the FF in age2 and only a...

Re: Informal Matchup of the Month : India vs Spain
I think the MU still plays out like it used to be on EP, except maybe for some new Spain strat in the sort of semi FF, using the 8xbow to get away with the age up, and maybe using the xbows and their ups in some cases (like if India goes aggro and you have to make some xbows in age2 to hold before d...

Re: August Update – Build # 100.13.16662.0
So why do French still cannot train native scouts from TC/explorer? Envoy, discipline, eagle scout and Spanish dog can be trained again. I used to set a scout toward enemy base (in front of barrack/stable) to scout his unit combo, but it's impossible now. Because it's not a French exclusive support...

The civ doesn't rely on that. Nubs who play the civ rely on that. And nubs who play against it, find it hard to beat (even tho it is admittedly quite annoying).
The African hero changes are worse anyway.

Re: August Update – Build # 100.13.16662.0
The amount of stuff built is about the same as other civs, so there is no xp inflation due to the architect.
Anyway, even if Italy was an xp farm civ (which it clearly isn't) I don't see the point of penalizing it. You don't have a negative compensation for Aztecs or Ottomans.

Re: August Update – Build # 100.13.16662.0
Can you actually get 3 with the card? Isn't it 1+1? Anyway even with the Basilica card and let's say 4 lombards, it isn't just worth it. It barely repays the shipment while forcing you on a non realistic BO (atleast for 1v1). Maybe in treaty, but I don't think shipment progression is that much of a ...

when you buy 300f 300w 300c for 3 papal lancer for exemple And what does that have to do with the xp penalty? XP penalty is only for the card progression. It's still the same, but now it doesn't affect rams, mantles and native allies. I don't think anyone uses those units very extensively when play...
